What’s a really good high-activity cardio exercise video?

I already do crunches, lunges, push-ups, etc. on the stability ball and weights, so I really want an all-cardio high-calorie-burning exercise DVD. Any suggestions? Also, where to buy?

    I really like Taboe and the Firm. The firm works with a step and wieghts, but TaeBo is fun, works, and you need nothing but your DVD player and a few feet to work in.

    I know that you wouldn’t believe me but Denise Austin has a dvd called ” Fat Blasting Yoga” it is yoga moves mixed with high pace aerobics and it is killer. Good luck.

    Turbo Jam and Tae Bo! Both of those workouts burn HUGE amounts of calories and work very well!! Just 30 minutes could burn 400 calories or more – or In an hour… you are looking at 800 – 1000 calories burned!! You should try them!!! Plus… They are FUN workouts!

    Go to ebay for Turbo Jam to try it… its cheaper and you dont have to buy the whole set (Turbo Jam is not sold in stores only at Beachbody.com) You can also find great prices on Tae Bo DVD’s on ebay if thats what your looking for!

    i think i figured out the answer to your previous question ,
    forget vidios,run as far as you can and then cool off by walking back do this till you get up to about 5 miles .then do 2 miles a day when you get to where you want to be.

  • i do a lot of Cardio workout routines in the morning. it helped me lose body fat and keeps me fit. jogging is an example of a simple cardio workout.

  • i have added some Cardio Workout on my sit-ups and bench press and it was great. cardio can really tone down a flabby abs.

  • Cardio workouts help me attain a healthy weight. I was having a big tummy last year and cardio really helped flattened my belly.

  • Everyday i would do at least an hour of Cardio workout and this routine alone helped me regain my lean body. Cardio is really good for burning down the extra fats you get on your tummy.
