If so, then it provides MUCH better support for your back as the position you are in forces you to balance correctly for your spine. The ball forces your spine to curve which causes more strain than the computer chair.</description>

If you have lower back problems, you should go for massages, and stretch regularaly (like 15 minutes a day) focussing on your whole body, but especaill your back, and upper legs. 

I would say an exersise stability ball is ALOT better.  because you will have to use your back and abb muscles and it will improve your posture alot, while strengthening all your muscles which will reduce back pain.</description>
